As VP of Supply Chain at Consumers Energy, Angela led a $3.2B+ global vendor portfolio, $950M in inventory, and a $285M operating budget, influencing $120M+ in cost savings. She built a 10-year strategy that elevated the supply chain from a back-office function to a core strategic partner, positioning her team to independently own supply chain decisions for the first time.
At Ford Motor Company, she shaped global supply-chain strategy across a $120B+ budget, driving $900M+ in savings. As Ford's first Director of Employee Equity, a role the CEO created for her, she operationalized the company's DEI strategy worldwide. Earlier, while leading Supplier Diversity & Sustainability, she grew diverse-supplier spend from $110B to $140B and earned national recognition. She also spent three years in Brazil leading global programs across Mexico, Germany, and Asia.
Throughout her career she has focused on team development, directly and indirectly, improving cultures and preparing teams for individual and collective success.
